Place an order over $59 NZD and we’ll send it to you for free! Anywhere in NZ, including rural areas. Orders under $58.99 incur a flat rate shipping cost of $5.95 within Auckland wide area and out of Auckland, North Island and South Island Shipping cost of $8.95.

Place an order over $149 AUD and we’ll send it to you for free! Anywhere in Australia, including rural areas.

Under $30 AUD order - $30 AUD

Under $30 - $50 AUD order - $25 AUD

Under $50 - $100 AUD order - $20 AUD

Under $100 - $150 AUD order - $15 AUD

 

Place an order over $149 Fiji, Samoa, Tonga and we’ll send it to you for free! Anywhere in Fiji, Samoa, Tonga.

Under $30 NZD order - $40 NZD

Under $30 - $50 NZD order - $35 NZD

If you place an order before 4pm Monday to Friday your order will be dispatched very next day. Auckland or the North Island delivery is overnight to two working days.  South Island or Rural Addresses overnight to three working days. Australia, Fiji, Samoa and Tonga.

Deliveries can take longer in peak periods such as Christmas time. If you are concerned about the timeliness of your delivery, please feel free to email us at support@tinytailsstore.com. We track orders until they land safely in your pet’s paws, however if you’re concerned about the whereabouts of your package please contact us and we’ll track it down.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
